Specifies the commands to modify the user-dialed number to access the carrier.

C: Adds the Carrier Access code
P: Inserts a pause and changes to tone (DTMF) signal
A: Adds the Authorization code for a tenant
G: Adds the Authorization code for a CO line group
I: Adds the Itemized Billing code
H: Adds the dialed number after the programmed number of digits are removed (Home position)
