Installing Print Paper

The following section describes the procedure for installing print paper in the paper tray and changing the paper
size.
Before Starting Cleaning
Up to four paper trays can be installed using additional trays (optional items).

The following print sizes can be set:
●
Universal Tray
Large Capacity Tray
(Option)
Second Tray (Option)
Third Tray (Option)
Third and Fourth Tray
(Option)
Multi Bypass Tray
(Option)
(*) Up to 20 sheets of thick paper such as post cards or OHP can be loaded.
Up to 10 envelopes can be loaded.
If there is no paper left for printing, the message "Add paper" is displayed on the touch

panel screen. When the paper runs out, the Paper Level Indication turns red to alert the
user.
Use only the recommended paper.
●
Do not use paper that is curled, folded or moist, or printed on the rear side of paper, etc.
●
Otherwise, a paper jam may result.
If the paper curls, straighten the paper and then load it.

When loading new paper, first remove any paper remaining in the paper tray and stack it
●
with the new paper and fan it, then load the paper.
Paper size can not be detected correctly if the paper length/width guide is not adjusted
●
properly to paper size.
