Inventory Notes

Your inventory entries are reported in X1 Mode with Report 13 and at System Close.
Theoretical Usage, Variance, Efficiency, and Labor cost calculations are provided, along
with any adjustments you have entered during the course of the day. The timing of the
adjustments determine which totals are updated, as shown on the next several pages.
This inventory system is perpetual and maintains data from the time you initially set up
your ingredients and recipes and begin using the workstations. If it becomes necessary to
reset Period-to-Date Inventory data, be sure to reset Period-to-Date data for PLUs first.

Inventory Reporting

A.
If you enter it during System Close, Actual Inventory updates the END total. In
the example below, the Actual Inventory entry = 1000.00.
Ingredient
B.
The END total becomes the BEGIN total at System Open.
C.
Actual Inventory entered during System Open is reported in the BEGIN total, as
shown above.
D.
Receipts update the RCPT total and increase the Shelf count.
