Symptom
If you log in to the web client of the Chinese version in the Window operating system of the
English version, some characters will be displayed as question masks (?).
Possible Cause
The current language for non-Unicode programs is not Chinese (Simplified, PRC).
Solution
Set the current language for non-Unicode programs to Chinese (Simplified, PRC):

Click Region and Language.
The Region and Language dialog box is displayed.
Click Administrative tab page.
Click Change system locale in Language for non-Unicode programs area.
Set Current system locale to Chinese (Simplified, PRC).
Choose Start > Control Panel > Clock, Language, and Region.
Click Region and Language.
The Region and Language dialog box is displayed.
Click Administrative tab page.
Click Change system locale in Language for non-Unicode programs area.
Set Current system locale to Korean (Korea).
