Configuring basic MLD snooping functions

Before you configure basic MLD snooping functions, complete the following tasks:
Configure the corresponding VLANs.
Determine the MLD snooping version.
Determine the MLD last listener query interval.
Determine the maximum number of MLD snooping forwarding entries.

Enabling MLD snooping

When you enable MLD snooping, follow these guidelines:
You must enable MLD snooping globally before you can enable it for a VLAN.
MLD snooping for a VLAN works only on the member ports in that VLAN.
You can enable MLD snooping for a VLAN in MLD-snooping view or in VLAN view. These configurations
have the same priority level.
To enable MLD snooping for a VLAN in MLD-snooping view:
