Cause
Reconnect the sensor PCB flat cable.
Reconnect the first side LED light PCB or
second side LED light PCB flat cable.
Reconnect the first side or second side CCD
flat cable.
Replace the sensor PCB ASSY.
Replace the first side LED light PCB or
second side LED light PCB.
Replace the first side CCD unit or second
side CCD unit.
Replace the main PCB ASSY.
<User Check>
- Clean the scanning area.
- Clean each roller.
- Check that the document is not wrinkled.
Cause
Clean the first side glass ASSY or second
side glass ASSY.
Replace the rollers with serious dirt.
Remove the foreign object inside the
scanner mechanism and attach the sponge.
