Remedy
Clean the first side glass ASSY or second
side glass ASSY.
Remove the foreign object inside the scanner
mechanism and attach the sponge. (Refer to
"Where to attach the sponge on the first side
CCD unit side" and "Where to attach the sponge
on the second side CCD unit side" in Chapter
Replace the first side LED light PCB or
second side LED light PCB.
Replace the first side CCD unit or second
side CCD unit.
Replace the main PCB ASSY.
Remedy
Reattach the second side glass ASSY
spring.
Replace the first side LED light PCB or
second side LED light PCB.
Replace the first side CCD unit or second
side CCD unit.
Replace the main PCB ASSY.
Remedy
Acquire OD adjustment value. (Refer to
OD Adjustment (Optical Density Learning)"
in Chapter 4.)
Replace the first side CCD unit or second
side CCD unit.
