Installation Guide (for T Series V100R005)
Context
The SUD is heavy and should be installed into a cabinet by three people.
For a 4 U SUD, you only need to install floating nuts at the marked positions above the adjustable
guide rails since adjustable guide rails themselves provide screw holes for securing the SUD.
Procedure
Step 1 Insert the lower end of a floating nut into a planned square hole, as shown in step 1 of
6-9.

Step 2 Place the floating nut mounting bar on the top of the floating nut and pull it into the hole until
it snaps into place, as shown in step 2 of
Step 3 Check the installation status of the floating nut, as shown in step 3 of
Step 4 Slide the SUD into the cabinet, as shown in step 1 of
Step 5 Use M6 screws to secure the SUD into the cabinet, as shown in step 2 of
Issue 02 (2015-09-22)
CAUTION
NOTE
Installing a 4 U SUD is used as an example. For details on how to install a 2 U SUD, see
SUC.
