5.23 Powering On the N8500

This section explains how to power on the N8500 after it is installed and cabled.

Context
Before powering on the N8500, observe the following precautions:

Open the buckle, as shown in step 2 of
Lock the buckle to the joint between the AC power cable and socket and secure the AC
power cable to the socket, as shown in step 3 of

Before fully closing the buckle, slide the buckle to a proper position where the power cable can be
tightly secured.
Repeat Step 1 to Step 2

All components have been correctly installed and cabled.
The switch of the PDU or PDB has been turned off.
