(5) CompactFlash card
A CompactFlash card can store parameters and files such as user programs.
For CompactFlash card, refer to the following.
Page 104, Section 7.6.2
(6) CPU shared memory
A CPU shared memory is a memory in a multiple CPU system that stores data to cooperation between CPU
modules. It is cleared to 0 at power OFF or reset.
A CPU shared memory is accessed from the user program by using the bus interface function or MELSEC data
link function.
Functions used are indicated below.

*2 : Store the file either to standard ROM, to standard RAM, or to compactFlash card.

*4 : To store files in the battery backup RAM, create a standard RAM.
*5 : When the parameter data stored in the memory card is Q12DCCPU-V (Basic mode) data, the parameter data stored
in the standard ROM is enabled.
