9.1.18 BIOS Beep Code

The current BIOS has two types of beep codes. The first beep code indicates that an
error occurs in the video or BIOS fails in initialization for display. This beep code
consists of one long beep signal followed by two short beep signals.
The second beep code indicates that an error occurs in the DRAM (memory) and consists
of long repeated beep signals.
