Setting up FTP file access

With SIMOTION firmware V4.4 and higher, a user name and password must be stored on the
CF card for the use of FTP, web services or access-protected pages. If this has already been
set up, you can skip the next step and continue with "Setting user name and password in
SIMOCRANE CeCOMM".
