6-1-1 Purpose of this Chapter
This chapter describes how to test and adjust the mechanical capabilities of a scanner that may be out
of specification. Although some tests may be optional they should only be performed by qualified
personnel.

LCD Monitor Adjustment
The Voluson E8 / Voluson E6 has a free adjustable LCD monitor in relation to the user interface.
• position up/down: +/- 5 cm
• position left/right: +/- 20 cm
• rotation up/down: 30°/10°
• rotation left/right: +/- 45°
