19.10.3 Setting the user-defined type of fuel

If, when firing on gas or oil, the user-defined fuel type is selected, the relevant fuel
parameters must be manually set.
Parameter
V_LNmin
Amount of air required for stoichiometric combustion (κ = 1) [m³ air per m³ gas] or [m³
air per kg oil]. This value is used for calculating O2 trim control / precontrol.
Parameter
V_afNmin
Flue gas volume «wet» with stoichiometric combustion (κ = 1) in [m³ flue gas «wet» per
m³ gas] or in [m³ flue gas «wet» per kg oil]. This value is used for calculating O2 trim
control / precontrol or the combustion efficiency.

V_atrNmin
Flue gas volume «dry» with stoichiometric combustion (κ = 1) in [m³ flue gas «dry» per
m³ gas] or in [m³ flue gas «dry» per kg oil]. This value is used for calculating O2 trim
control / precontrol or the combustion efficiency.

This value is used for calculating the combustion efficiency. It is in compliance with the
definition given in the first BimScHV.

This value is used for calculating the combustion efficiency. It is in compliance with the
definition given in the first BimScHV. The parameters are set using a resolution of
1/1000. This means that a parameterized value of 8 corresponds to 0.008.
