● When plastic materials such as PA66 are used, the recommended torque is 5 N
m.
● When metal materials are used, the recommended torque is 10 N m. A sealing
washer must be used when an union is used.
Step 2 Clean the engineering pipe, connect the reserved humidifier water inlet pipe to the
engineering pipe, and wrap the pipe with thermal insulation foam.

4.10.4.1 Connecting Seamless Steel Pipes

Procedure
Step 1 Open the rear door and remove the air filter.
Step 2 Knock off the knock-out holes for the chilled water inlet and outlet pipes.

The other end is a reserved G 3/4 inch connector with inner screw threads. Connect the
other end to a rigid pipe based on site requirements.
A Y-shaped strainer has been installed on the chilled water inlet.
Connect the water inlet and outlet pipes from the inside to the outside and
from the bottom to the top.
Water inlet and outlet pipes are connected using thread connectors.
Chilled water inlet and outlet pipes can be connected in two ways. Select one
based on site requirements.
