Step 2 Knock off the knock-out holes for the chilled water inlet and outlet pipes.
Step 3 Connect water pipes.

Step 4 Attach thermal insulation foam to the pipes and ensure that the foam is in close
contact with the pipes.
Step 5 After pipes are connected, reinstall the top hole cover.

4.4.4 (Optional) Performing a Leakage Test with Nitrogen
Prerequisites

Issue 05 (2022-12-15)
Remove the water pipe plug using a 70# open-end wrench and 36# open-end
wrench (the 70# open-end wrench is used to hold the water pipe nut and the
36# open-end wrench is used to hold the plug to prevent the pipe from being
distorted).
Apply thread sealant to the external screw threads of the external pipe joint.
Use a 70# open-end wrench and 18# pipe wrench to connect the water pipe.

NO TE
It is recommended that sealing tape be used for connection onsite. If thread adhesive
is used, apply the adhesive three circles at the rear end and prevent the adhesive and
impurities from falling into the pipe.
You can decide whether a leakage test with nitrogen needs to be performed
or not based on the site situation.
