4.2.2 Analyzing Operation

Routine analysis operation
Make sure the pump, column, detector, data processing unit, etc.
are correctly connected, and then set the mobile phase and
detergent. Check that the waste bottle is not filled with waste
solution.
Start the pump and wait until the flow path is filled with the mobile
phase.
Turn on power supply to the autosampler. When initialization has
been normally terminated, the idle status is set and the monitor
screen appears.
Wait until the pump, column, detector, etc. are warmed up and the
baseline becomes stable.
Wash the needle of autosampler. Fill the needle and injection port
with wash fluid.
Wash the rinse port of autosampler. Fill the rinse port with wash
fluid.
Purge the syringe of autosampler. Fill the syringe with wash fluid.
Place the vials containing samples in the rack and position the rack
in the autosampler.
Start data processing software to start an analysis
After completion of the program, the idle status is set.

Turn off power supply.
