Full Loop Injection Method Procedure
The full loop injection method, the injection volume, the waste
volume, and the air volume are restricted by the following
relational expression. A stroke of the syringe capacity can't
be used all.
<70 µL of Standard syringe >
vi + vw + va + 10 ≦ 70 µL
vi: Injection volume
(The sample net volume to the flow path)
vw: Waste volume
(The disposal sample volume of the lead and rear part of
the loop)
va: Air volume
(The air volume of the lead and rear part of a sample)
One-half of the waste volume (vw/2) is calculated and
delivered automatically to the lead and the rear part of the
loop each.
