Connect the e-Line cable among the autosampler, detector
and pump.
Check if the drain tube is properly connected to the waste
solution bottle (built in to the column oven) The waste solution
bottle must be at a lower position than the autosampler.
Prepare other units to be connected to the autosampler as
described in the respective instruction manuals.
After confirmation of the above steps, connect the mobile
phase to the pump, and the detergent to the autosampler. Be
sure to use the mobile phase and detergent of the same
production lot.
