NOTE: Depending on processing accuracy, the net capacity of a
1 µL loop is not uniform (± 30 %).
Therefore, the area value of the Full Loop Injection
Method differs from an equivalent amount of measured
value of the Cut Injection Method and the All Volume
Injection Method (up to twice).
Operating suggestions are indicated below.

Cut Injection Method, All Volume Injection Method
(Air ≠ 0 µL)
When applying cut injection method and all volume
injection method (Air ≠ 0 µL), the loop capacity more
than the injection volume is required.
Select loop capacity within the area indicated in the
following figure.
The sample introduction volume is selected within the
shadow area of the following figure. (For example, 40
µL loop is required when measuring 20 µL sample. This
means that the sample volume requires the double loop
capacity.)
