Double-end wrench (P/N: N311040, Size 1/4 x 5/16)

Pipe
Screw
NOTE:
The UHP fitting consists of three parts (a screw, a backup
ferrule, and a ferrule). The lack of component parts and the
assembly of incorrect turn cause breakage of the
connecting part and leaking liquids.
NOTE:
Please use Screw, Ferrule and Backup ferrule in a
combination when you purchased it. The assembly of
incorrect turn cause breakage of the connecting part and
leaking liquids.
(2)
Tighten it with a tightening torque of 2.5-3.5 Nm when a
torque wrench is used.
When a double-end wrench is used, tighten it with fingers
firstly and then tighten it about 50 degrees. (If a new UHP
fitting is used, tighten it with fingers firstly and tighten it about
270 degrees with a wrench.)
NOTE:
If the UHP fitting is tightened too much, the ferrule
becomes deformed. And it causes liquid leaks, or
decreasing of withstanding pressure.
