(DAD or UV-VIS detector + FL detector)
The FL detector is connected to a DAD (or UV-VIS
detector) in series.

A FL detector is installed on the left side of a pump.
Connection of the inlet tube of FL detector
- When a DAD is used:
Connect to the OUT side of DAD flow cell.
(Standard accessory P/N 622-2011 FINGERTIGHT is
used for set screws and ferrules.)
- When a UV-VIS detector is used:
Remove an outlet tube from a UV-VIS flow cell.
And then, directly connect the inlet tube of FL detector
to the OUT side of UV-VIS flow cell. (Standard
accessory P/N 655-1899 set screws, and P/N 638-1624
ferrule front 1/19 FF are used.)
* Please be careful of the following when two detectors are
used in series.
