5.1 Checking the Performance and Specifications
5.1.3 Reproducibility Check
Check the reproducibility of the injection volume in the following
procedure.
(1)
Set the following conditions.
The vial number on a rack: 1
Sample injection volume:
Injection number of times: 6 times
(2)
Prepare distilled water for the mobile phase and wash fluid.
Wait until the pump, detector, etc. are warmed up and the
baseline stabilizes.
(3)
Execute the needle washing of autosampler to fill the needle
and the injection port with wash fluid1.
(When two wash fluids are used, replace the wash fluid2 side
with fresh one).
Fill the buffer tube with deaerated wash fluid while flushing
the needle and the injection port.
(4)
Place a vial containing at least 1 mL of standard sample in
rack position No. 1, and set the rack in the autosampler.
Make sure that the front door is closed.
(5)
Start analysis by using data processing software. For detailed
operational information of data processing software, refer to
the instruction manual attached to it. Ensure beforehand that
the room temperature will not change suddenly during
analysis.
