Solutions When You Cannot Pair Using the Projector
If you are unable to pair the wireless transmitter using the supported projector,
try the following solutions:
• Make sure your projector supports transmitter pairing. See your projector
User's Guide for details.
• If there are multiple USB ports on your projector, make sure you are
connecting to the USB-A port for pairing.
• Make sure your firmware is the latest version.
Solutions When You Cannot Share Screens Using the
Paired Wireless Transmitter
If you are unable to share screens using the paired wireless transmitter, try the
following solutions:
• Make sure the combination of the wireless transmitter and the receivers
is correct when you are using multiple receivers (base units or supported
projectors).
• Check that Base Unit Name, Projector Name, or Passphrase has not
been changed after pairing. You need to perform pairing for the wireless
transmitter again if these settings are changed.
• If you are using the supported projector as a receiver, make sure the wireless
LAN unit (ELPAP11) is installed on the projector.
• If you are using the supported projector as a receiver, make sure Simple AP is
set to On in the Network Settings menu.
