Copying Menu Settings Between Base Units (Batch Setup)

When the base unit's indicator turns on, release the [Menu] button.
The computer recognizes the base unit as a removable disk.

Copy the batch setup file (PJCONFDATA.bin) that you saved to your
computer to the top level folder of the removable disk.
Do not copy any files or folders other than the batch setup file to the
removable disk.

Eject the USB device (Windows) or drag the removable disk icon to the
Trash (Mac).

Disconnect the USB cable.
When the indicator starts flashing, the settings are being written. When
writing is finished, the base unit turns off.
Caution
Do not disconnect the AC adapter from the base unit while the file is being
written. If the AC adapter is disconnected, the base unit may not start
correctly.

Batch Setup Error Notification

The base unit's indicators notify you if an error occurs during a batch
setup operation. Check the status of the base unit's indicator and follow the
instructions described in the table here.

Problem and solutions
Flashing orange
The batch setup file may be corrupt, or the USB flash
drive or USB cable may not be connected correctly.
Disconnect the USB flash drive or the USB cable, unplug
and then plug in the base unit's power cord, and then try
again.
If the problem persists, unplug the base unit and contact
Epson for help.
