Viewing Backup Schedules
To view the list of current schedules:
1.
Click the SmartSYNC icon at the top of the window.
2.
Click the Schedule List icon at the bottom of the window.
The list of all backup schedules appears.
Changing a Scheduled Backup
To change the scheduled backup:
1.
Click the SmartSYNC icon at the top of the window.
2.
Click the Schedule List icon at the bottom of the window.
3.
Click the schedule you want to change.
4.
Click the Modify button.
5.
As needed, make your changes to the
•
Backup target system
•
Files to be backed up
6.
Click the Schedule button.
7.
As needed, make your changes to the
•
Number of hours
•
Time of day
•
Day of the week
8.
Check the Add button.
The modified schedule appears in the Schedule List.
Running a Scheduled Backup Now
To run a scheduled backup immediately:
1.
Click the SmartSYNC icon at the top of the window.
2.
Click the Schedule List icon at the bottom of the window.
3.
Click the schedule you want to run now.
4.
Click the Start button.
Deleting a Scheduled Backup
To delete a scheduled backup:
1.
Click the SmartSYNC icon at the top of the window.
2.
Click the Schedule List icon at the bottom of the window.
3.
Click the schedule you want to delete.
