Creating Charts
Once your labels and
_1_TO create
_1 chart-
data are in place on the
spreadsheet,
you can
1. From a
spreadsheet,
select
the cells that contain
the data you want
to
create charts using
either the ChWts menu
or the chading buttons
on the Advanced
Functions tool bar (see
page 68):

Open the Chart menu and select a chart type from the Create submenu.
The chart appears as a graphic object in the lower right corner of the
Spreadsheet window.

select Show Tools
from the Options
menu; then click on
Advanced Functions.
Changing
the Type of Chart
By selecting Change
Type from the Chart
menu, not only can
you change a chart
from one type to
another, but you can
also choose a
