* SHIFT + ENTER. Moves the active cell up one row.
• TAB. Moves the active cell fight one column.
• SHIFT + TAB. Moves the active cell left one column.
Select Sort from the Edit menu. A dim_g box appem's.
Fill in the dialog box:
• Sort By. You can sort either rows or columns.
• Sort Order. You can sort in either ascending or descending order:
for example, A, B, C, D or Z, Y, X, W.
• Sort Options. Select from the following:
Ignore Case/A_ You can have the sort ignore any
differences in uppercase and lowercase and ignore accents on
letters in alphabetical sorts.

Ignore Spao_/_ You can have the sort ignore
spaces between words and punctuation marks in alphabetical
sorts.
Click on Sort. Spmadsbeet _ the selected cells.
I_ To perform a simple sort more quickly:
1. Select the range of cells you want to sort.
2. Click on the Son Forward tool on the Basic Functions
tool bar to sort the
rows in ascending order.
OR
Click on the Sort Backward tool on the Basic Functions tool bar to sort the
rows in descending order.
Spreadsheet sorts the range in the order you selected.
