When using Addressbook
to create a data document
for merging information,
you can copy one name or an names in the Addmssbook
document
to the
clipboard.
For this reason, you might want to store the information for
different groups of people in different Addressbook
documents.
For example,
you might want to keep friends in one Addressbook
document
and business
associates in another. That way, you can merge and print a personal
letter to
an your friends without involving business associates.
