Window Layout

The following provides a description of windows, buttons, and menu items displayed when using
GAM.
4.3.1

Startup Window Layout/Functions

When GAM is started, a window consisting of [Global Status View] and [Log Information Viewer]
will appear.

Allows you to perform GAM
functions.
Collection of buttons for frequently
used functions on GAM.
Displays the selected controller.
Clicking displays a box listing the
names of the server groups
connected to the current client
workstation.
Global Status View
Remarks
For the onboard SCSI array controller,
[Type] in the window shown above is
displayed as "IM Enhanced".
Be sure to select a server group that
was defined in the [Define Server
Groups] dialog box.
