Standstill I Maximum difference between the setpoint position and the actual
monitor position when the position controller is active. This value must be
greater than zero and less than the maximum following error.
Max. following I Maximum difference between the setpoint position and the actual
error position during traversing (machining) under closed-loop control. The
maximum following error must be equal to or greater than the
tolerance range of the standstill (zero-speed) monitor.
Following error I You can disable monitoring of the following error by entering "off" in
monitoring this field or selecting "off" with <F7>. The default is "on".
"Type" column: I = input field, O = output field

You can use <F7> to select the appropriate value for the "Encoder type", "IP-
STOP if CPU-STOP" and "Following error monitoring" fields.
