Descriptions
Specify the upper limit of memory frequency. The memory
frequency may be lowered than the specified value depending
on memory configuration.
Specify the memory voltage. If Auto is specified, the memory
frequency is automatically set depending on memory
configuration. Refer to Chapter 2 (1.14.2 Memory Clock) in
User's Guide for the relation of the memory frequency and
memory configuration..
Enable or disable Non-Uniform Memory Access feature.
Specify the memory RAS mode.
For details, refer to Chapter 2 (1.14.6 Using Memory RAS
Feature) in User's Guide.
Specify memory interleave feature.
If Disabled is selected, does not interleave memory module.
If Intra is selected, memory modules in socket are interleaved.
Enable or disable memory RAS feature (Patrol Scrubbing).
Enable or disable memory RAS feature (Demand Scrubbing).
