To initialize (Cold Start) the telephone system:

Make sure the system (not IntraMail) CompactFlash card is not installed.

- The system will not boot correctly if the system CompactFlash card is installed.
Be sure LED LD2 i s flashing green 1/2 second on and 1/2 second off.

Push the power button to OFF .

Wait 10 seconds before going to the next step.

- This gives the system time to complete the shutdown process.
Press and hold the LOAD button, then turn the power switch to ON .

Continue to hold down the LOAD button for at least 3 seconds.

Release the LOAD button.

The system will restart in about 2 minutes.
1.8
- When the system restarts, LED LD2 will flash green 1/2 second on and 1/2 second off.
