Locate
The Locate command makes an LED on Physical Device light or blink to confirm the location of the slot. We
recommend you to check the slot of Physical Device before adding Virtual Drive (VD) or Hot Spare disks,
reconstructing VD, or replacing Physical Device.
(a) Procedure for performing Locate of Physical Device
1.
Select "Drive Management" from the HII main menu, and press the <Enter> key.
2.
Select the Physical Device for which Locate is performed, and press the <Enter> key.
3.
Select "Start Locate" from the "Operation" menu, and press the <Enter> key.
4.
Select "Go", and press the <Enter> key.
