Traction Circuit Problems (GreensPro 1260)

Problem
No traction exists in either direction.
The hydraulic motor does not hold load
in the N
position.

Possible Cause
The hydraulic fluid level in the hydraulic
tank is low.
The hydraulic pump tow (bypass) valve
is open or damaged.
The charge pressure is low.
The motion control linkage is incorrectly
adjusted, disconnected, binding, or
damaged.
The hydraulic pump relief valves are
leaking or damaged.
The hydraulic pump is worn or
damaged.
The hydraulic drive motor is worn or
damaged.
Note: If a traction circuit component
has internal wear or damage, it
is possible that the other traction
components are also damaged.
The charge pressure is low.
The hydraulic pump relief valves are
leaking or damaged.

Corrective Action
Adjust the hydraulic fluid level.
Close or replace the hydraulic pump

repair or adjust as necessary; refer
