7.3 Connecting Water Refill and Drainage Pipes

7.3.1 Installing Water Refill Pipes

Prerequisites


Context
Refill water to humidifiers in real time when the cooling system is operating to ensure normal
system operation.


Preparations
Tools: protective gloves, hot melt device, and adjustable wrench
Materials: DN32 PP-R pipe (with an outer diameter of 32 mm, to be purchased onsite), PP-R
pipe external threaded connector, 10 mm thick thermal insulation foam, thermal insulation
foam glue
Document: water refill and drainage pipe layout diagram
Skill requirement: skilled technicians
Procedure
Step 1 Remove the silver paper from the plug of the container water refill valve.
Issue 02 (2017-01-10)
Auxiliary refill devices that meet requirements have been prepared.
The positions for installing water refill pipes have been specified.
When the system is operating, ensure that the automatic water refill valve has the water
source available with the water pressure of 0.1 MPa to 0.7 MPa.
This section describes only how to install water refill pipes on water refill ports of the
FusionModule1000. The other water refill pipes are routed and installed depending on
onsite situations under the guidance of onsite supervisors.


The water refill and drainage pipe layout diagram illustrates only the positions of water refill and
drain ports on containers and does not involve pipe routes and connections.
