9.2.2.1 (Optional) Installing the Fire Cylinder (CE)

Prerequisites







Preparations
Tools: protective gloves, pallet truck, pipe wrench, adjustable wrench, step ladder, Phillips
screwdriver
Materials: fire cylinder, high-pressure hose, sealing tape, pressure operated switch hose and
its accessory, threaded adapter, I-shaped connection pipe
Documents: fire extinguishing device installation position diagram (CE)
Issue 02 (2017-01-10)
The container has been installed.
The extinguishant in the fire cylinder meets the requirement.
As the fire cylinder is heavy, determine the installation position, port, and fixing mode in
advance to avoid long-distance movement.
Do not impact or strike the fire cylinder during transportation or installation. Do not
remove or flip the dowel on the fire cylinder.
Assign at least four persons for transportation and installation if no auxiliary tool is
available.
Do not touch any button in the fire extinguishing system without permission during
installation.
Do not power on the fire extinguishing system during installation.
