13.1 Removing Transport Protection Materials from Air

Conditioners

Prerequisites

The FusionModule1000 has been installed.

Context

Transport protection materials are installed for precision air conditioners to prevent them from

being damaged due to strong vibration during FusionModule1000 transportation.

Preparations

Tools: 13# solid wrench, torque wrench, Phillips screwdriver

Materials: none

Document: cooling device layout diagram

Skill requirement: common technician

Procedure

Step 1 Understand the cooling device layout of the FusionModule1000 by referring to the cooling

device layout diagram.

Step 2 Remove transport protection materials from the T/H sensors of the FusionModule1000.

Step 3 Remove the transport fasteners from the air conditioner compressors.

Removing Transport Protection

For the diagram, see the initial configuration parameter manual for the solution in use.

To prevent damage to aisle floors in the FusionModule1000, it is recommended that you remove the

protective films after the FusionModule1000 is installed.
