Materials: DN32 PP-R pipe (with an outer diameter of 32 mm, to be purchased onsite), PP-R

pipe connector, 10 mm thick thermal insulation foam, thermal insulation foam glue

Procedure

Step 1 Locate a drain port based on the water refill and drainage pipe layout diagram. Remove the

adhesive silver paper that seals the exposed pipe connector on the container, as shown by (1)

Step 2 Connect the PP-R pipe connector to the pipes on both ends using a hot melt device, as shown

Step 3 Wrap the exposed parts of the pipes with 10 mm thick thermal insulation foam.

Follow-up Procedure

Verify that the PP-R pipe connector is closely melted with the pipes at both ends.
