Time Setting Function (SNTP Client)
This function collects time information at the specified time from the time information server (SNTP server) connected to the
network and automatically configures the time of the VxWorks part of this product.

A time inquiry message is sent to the SNTP server.
The time acquired from the SNTP server is configured to the clock managed by the VxWorks part of this product.
The time information acquired from the SNTP server is Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). The time
configured to the VxWorks part is the time after correction of the acquired time information to match the time
zone configured for the VxWorks part.
