Check that the Multi touch mode is valid.
* Note that the Windows Vista does not
support the Multi touc mode.
Check the OS of the PC.
Set the eraser setting to valid.
Perform the calibration.
Set the touch panel setting to valid.
Connect the USB cable.
The video output and the USB cable are
connected at the same place.
Replace the USB cable.
Clean the screen.
After cleaning the screen, turn OFF and ON
the monitor.
Connect the harness correctly.
Replace the harness.
Replace the PWB.
Replace the Touch panel unit.
Send the sensor check log to investigate the
cause of the problem.
