4.1. CPU-1 PCBs U91 and U92 Change
The section shown in the following figure shows CPU-1.

4.1.1. Removal of CPU1-BOX

(In the case of the replacement, the backup operation using the NT-100 is performed.)
(1) Shut down the machine and turn OFF the breaker.
(2) Disconnect all the connectors on the CPU-1 section.
