1.4.5.4. Stocker Master

(1) Press the [Maint.] button on the operation window and press the [Ship. Adj.] button.
Then, open the [Stk Master] window and select the [1] or [2] button in the "Select
Head" selection box.
(2) Attach the master nozzle (for high-speed head) (JG-0293) onto the nozzle No. 1
position on the head No. 1.
(3) Designate the head/stocker No. to
be measured in the teaching menu.
(4) Place the automatic height
teaching jig (nozzle stocker jig
for high-speed and middle-size
odd-shaped nozzle: JG-0297)
on the designated stocker base.
(5) Press [Teach Start].
(6) Save the results.

1.4.5.5. Pick-up Level Offset (Value "L" for the Feeder Offset A)

Pick-up Height Measurement
Jig to be used: Master Nozzle (For high-speed head) : JG-0293
(1) Position the feeder cart in the working block.
(2) Select the "Head #1" or "Head #2".
(3) Attach the master nozzle (JG-0293) to the No.1 nozzle position in the designated
head,
(4) Set the automatic height teaching jig (JG-0342) in the position as designated feeder
No., in the teaching window. Attach or remove the teaching jig carefully so that the
side view camera is not touched, as shown in Fig. 28-1.
Attach the teaching jig
onto the feeder cart
with the lower pins
pressed against the
feeder base.
