1.4.3. Preparation before Offset Adjustment

1.4.3.1. Running-in Operation before Adjustment (Standard: 1 hour)

(1) In order to perform the run-in operation, change the pattern program for the run-in
operation data [NRS-G5SA-F].
(2) Attach the nozzles to the head.
Note:
The machine operation is available even when the temporary nozzle arrangement is set.
(3) Perform the setting for the test run procedure.
Press the [Product.] button in the operation window and press the [OPERATION]
button. Then, set the following pattern on the "Pattern" sub tab sheet on the "Test
Mode" tab sheet.
Select the pattern set in the "TEST PATTERN" box and save the setting using the
[Apply] button.
* In the case of the following figure, because "Pattern #2" has been set in the
selection box, "Pattern #2" has selected for the Test Pattern.
For all the items except for
"Handling/Place" item, set "Disable".
(4) Using the [START] button, perform the test run.
(5) Make sure that there is not any rise in any of the footrests. If any rise is found,
perform the level check again.

1.4.3.2. Preparation of Offset Adjustment Jigs and Tools

(1) Prepare the offset adjusting jigs, offset sheet and tools.
