7.3. Production Manager Setting

Management data monitoring function graphically shows " Production Quantity " and
" Production Time Data " included in the " Management Data " obtained from the machines,
and visualizes the machine which becomes a bottleneck in the production line. The above
is the purpose of the function design.
(The waiting times in the printing machine (input machine) and inspection machine (output
machine) can be checked).

7.3.1. Management Data Monitoring Function Setting Procedure

(1) Install
Start up the installer and install the production manager in the PC (*The management
data monitoring function cannot be used unless the Microsoft Excel is installed).
Select the PC which has not been optimized, if possible, as the PC where the
Production Manager is to be installed (The CPU load is increased during the
optimization operation and the communication with the machines might be affected).
(2) Production Manager Setting
Register the shortcut for the Production Manager at the start-up.
