4.16.3. Cutter Driver (A63B, A63F) Change Procedure

(1) Remove the machine corner cover.
(2) Remove the amplifier for the component drop detection and feeder disengaged latch
detection (Refer to the following figure).
(3) Remove the two bolts fixing the cutter driver.
(4) Draw out the cutter driver slightly in this side and disconnect all the connectors
connecting to the driver.
(5) Remove the cutter driver from the cutter driver set bracket.
(6) Fix the new cutter driver onto the bracket and attach it using the reverse procedure for
the removal

Service Information
When the both ends of the amplifier are grasped
and the amplifier body is lifted in the arrow
direction as shown in the photo, the amplifier is
easily removed.
Take care not to damage the fiber cable.
Remove the two set bolts as shown in the photo.
When they are removed, the driver is released.
Take care not to drop it.
Remove the two setscrews as shown in
the photo. When the driver is to be
replaced by a new one, make sure to
check the driver setting.
