4.21. Side View Camera Light Receiver Change

4.21.1. Light Receiver Change

Jig to be used and Components (Refer to Fig.D120)
(1) Light Receiver Attachment Adjusting Jig (JG-0347)
(2) Hexagon Socket Head Cap Screw (M2L102 pcs)
(3) HV82C Nozzle ( HV81C nozzle is also available.)
(4) HA09C Nozzle
Required Tools
(1) M2 Hexagon Wrench
(2) Phillips Head Screwdriver
(3) Flat Head Screwdriver
(4) Nipper
Preparation before the Work
After all zeroing operation, remove the cart on the light receiver side from the machine
and turn OFF the power to the machine. Then, turn OFF the breaker.

4.21.1.1. Light Receiver Removal

(1) Move the head to the location where the operation can be performed easily. At that
time, take care to avoid any obstacle.
(2) Remove the existing light receiver.
Remove the M21.8 screw and flat washers (two locations) and disconnect the
connector (X0710) as shown in the following figure.
