Dust Removal Requirements

Indoor dust removal refers to cleaning the floor and cleaning up foreign
matter such as dust, sand, and cobwebs indoors. Perform an indoor dust
removal once a week in the place where the FusionPower6000 is installed.
During indoor dust removal, do not touch energized devices or facilities. Keep
a safe distance from them.
Before removing dust from high- and low-voltage cabinets, formulate safety
measures and organize operators to learn about them. Strictly comply with
the management regulations on power supply disconnection during dust
removal, and assign dedicated personnel to monitor it.
Before removing dust from high- and low-voltage cabinets, ensure that the
power supply is disconnected and no electricity is detected, install a
temporary ground cable, and set a "Men at work. Do not switch on! sign at
the disconnection point. In addition, turn off the switches on the load side to
prevent backfeed of power from the loads.
Before removing dust from the cable inlet cabinet or cable inlet and bus tie
cabinet, turn off the high-voltage switch on the 10 kV side.
Before removing dust from the distribution busbars with dual power supplies,
turn off all cable inlet switches. If no cable inlet switch is used, turn off the
high-voltage switch on the 10 kV side.
If an operator is changed during dust removal, the new operator must check
that the power supply is disconnected, that no electricity is detected, and that
all necessary safety measures are taken before starting the work.
Wear a safety helmet and long-sleeved overalls when removing dust. Wear
insulated gloves when using electric tools. When removing dust by blowing,
wear goggles to prevent dust from entering your eyes.
During dust removal, do not use wet materials to wipe electrical devices.
