5. Assembling
NOTE:
It is not permitted for the user to carry out installation at
the time of delivery. For ensuring safety and high
accuracy in operation of the instrument, installation of
the instrument shall be carried out by or under
supervision of qualified service personnel of the
manufacturer or its authorized service agent.
NOTE:
Two kinds of installation methods according to the
purpose of analysis using ChromasterUltra R
detector are shown below..
Confirm the purpose of analysis. An installation
position changes according to the purpose of analysis.
(1)
The FL detector is connected to a DAD (or UV-VIS
detector) in series.
(Two detectors are used for the target component
measurement simultaneously.)
: Install ChromasterUltra R
the left side of ChromasterUltra R
(2)
The FL detector is connected to a DAD (or UV-VIS
detector) in parallel.
(One detector is chosen when exchanging tubing
according to a target component measurement)
: Install ChromasterUltra R
the right side of ChromasterUltra R
