7. Click the Security tab, which allows you to select the computers that have access
to SNMP variables. Do not remove any existing variable access settings. For
security reasons, click the Accept SNMP packets from these hosts option (see
Figure
3-2).
8. Below the Accept SNMP packets from these hosts option, click Add.
9. In the SNMP Service Configuration dialog box, type the host name, IP address,
or IPX address of any additional computers that will be allowed access to MIB
variables. Click Add.
Typically, you add the computers and backup computers that run the enterprise
management console.
